The Hotel
Ownership of the mother  Mirca and sisters Fantechi with the company "Otto March srl"
  Defying the current crisis in the market we bought the entire property in 2010.

Our plans are ambitious, but with time we will achieve them all:

Achievements in 2010:

- restructuring of the Hall and Dining Room;
- new furniture for all rooms on the first floor;
- Building in the garden, a colorful children's area with mini club for younger guests
- restoration of the spectacular sun terrace on the fourth floor, on which we organize every week in high season delightful dinners by candlelight, the new 7-seater outdoor jacuzzi does its part!

  OBJECTIVES FOR 2011 (completion January 2011):

  - total renovation of all bathrooms of the hotel, from rooms to those municipalities;
- renovation of the facilities: air conditioning, plumbing and electrical.
