Dear Guests, in order to make your stay in our Hotel a pleasant experience, kindly read carefully our Hotel Rules.
You will have accepted tacitly the aforementioned regulation confirming your reservation.
We wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay in our Hotel.
1. The reservation is confirmed by a deposit of the 30% of the total amount through bank transfer.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be given back.
You could also guarantee your reservaiton by credit card and below our cancellation policy:
Low season - up to 14 days prior arrival date, free of charge
High season (July - August) - up to 3 weeks prior arrival date, free of charge
2. The Management Office and the Reception is opened from 8 am to 10 pm. During the night hours, there will be only security and surveillance services.
3. Rooms are available from 12 noon on the arrival day (check-in) and must be vacated by 10 am on the departure day (check-out).
Those, who want to keep the room over this time on the departure day (subject to availability and prior approval of the Management) should pay a fee as follow:
Till 5 pm - 50% daily rate
After 5 pm - 100% daily rate
4. Changes in the length of stay, late arrival or early departure, are subject to penalty fee (room only):
2 days stay - one night charge
3 days stay - two nights charge
stay longer than 3 days - up to three days charge
5. Hotel stay could be paid anytime, while all extras and city tax should be paid at check-out time.
In case of early departure, during the night or before 8 am, guests should pay their room bill the night before.
Personnel data from each guest are treated discreetly according to law 196/2003.
